Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
Cancellation PolicyCancellations by September 1st will result in a 25% refund. Cancellations after September 15th, including no-shows, will not be entitled to a refund.
Exhibitor's Display ScheduleThe exhibitors area will be open during conference hours, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You are required to set up by 8:00 AM. Please be ready for attendees before the show, during lunch, and following the show.
Security/InsuranceU|Tech will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against theft or loss. Exhibitors should insure their exhibit and their materials carry public liability and property damage insurance. Exhibitors hereby expressly waive and release any claims or cause of actions against U|Tech Conference. This applies to any loss or damage to any of their property or the property of their employees or conference attendees.
The exhibitor agrees to abide by the terms and conditions* of the U|Tech Conference. The contract is deemed binding when we either receive your non-refundable payment or an executed and signed contract. Payment is due in full within 30 days.
